Does Chick-Fil-A Offer Non-Egg Breakfast Options?

We love grabbing breakfast at Chick-fil-A (as well as its Little Blue Menu test kitchen), especially because the chain's morning menu offers so many options. At the same time, breakfast anywhere can be a daunting meal for people who don't like eggs. A look at Chick-fil-A's breakfast menu shows that plenty of its sandwiches and other entrées contain eggs, but not all hope is lost — not only does Chick-fil-A offer a handful of non-egg breakfast options, like hash browns and Chicken Biscuits, but any of its menu items can be customized either in-person or through the restaurant's app to remove the offending ingredient.

Keep in mind that these egg-free items are only intended for people who merely dislike eggs. There's a long list of things that Chick-fil-A would prefer you didn't know about its food, but nutritional disclosures aren't among them. Chick-fil-A's own website shares that its restaurants can't always prevent allergen cross-contamination. Therefore, even its non-egg items might not be entirely safe for people with egg allergies.

When in doubt, order your favorite items without the egg

A few Chick-fil-A breakfast items already come without any eggs, like its Chicken Biscuit, Spicy Chicken Biscuit, and popular Chick-n-Minis. Additionally, Chick-fil-A offers sides such as Hash Browns, Berry Parfaits, and Fruit Cups that don't contain any eggs.

When in doubt, however, you can simply customize an existing Chick-fil-A breakfast item to remove an ingredient you don't like. Without the egg, an Egg White Grill is a satiating grilled chicken sandwich on an English muffin. Likewise, the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit and the Bacon, Egg & Cheese biscuits can be special-ordered without the folded egg. This writer can also personally attest that the Hash Brown Scramble Burrito is still quite hefty and filling with just hash browns, chicken, and cheese in a tortilla. We haven't tried the Hash Brown Scramble Bowl ordered the same way, but we do worry that it might be skimpy.

Still, this is a generous selection of breakfast items for egg-haters. The ability to customize your meal to your exact liking is a big strength of the fast food chain, so order up your breakfast of choice (naturally with a side of Chick-fil-A sauce, which combines barbecue sauce, honey mustard, and ranch) and get your day off to a great start.
